    06 / The Origin

    How this started.

    A lot of people ask me how I got into real estate.

    Honest answer: Tai Lopez.

    I was in my second year of university studying business analytics when one of his courses popped up. The advice was simple — find someone in your immediate circle, pick a niche, and just help them for free.

    At the time, a connection of mine was a real estate agent under the Ryan Serhant division out in the Hamptons. They had never run a single ad. I said, let me try something. First month, we found him a buyer for a $1.2 million listing.

    That was it. I was 19. No license. No clients. Just an obsession with results and efficiency — always looking for the least amount of work to get the best outcome. That hasn't changed.

    I started running marketing for more agents. Testing messages. Testing offers. Testing everything. And somewhere along the way I noticed — the agents who responded best, who converted, who actually stuck around — were the producing ones. The ones already doing deals. They were the only ones worth building for.

    Over the next five years we grew that platform to over 1,000 agents. We spent $1.2 million figuring out what works. We sent 800,000 messages. Booked 15,000 appointments. Then sold it to private equity.
